  Went there Nov 26th around 7:00 PM - was informed there would be a 15 minute wait - meanwhile there were open and clean tables; Some of the folks in front of us were asking about that, why the wait. We waited about 7 minutes then I asked if the issue was do to lack of servers and was informed no they were waiting for tables to clear? - I walked as if going the the restroom and counted 6 open tables of various sizes.. The Hostess was chatting with two other staff members and did not seem to care. When we finally got seated about 7 minutes later were seated at one of the tables that had been open since we arrived.

  Service was great. They were busy but called ahead for special event and was seated immediately. Waitress was very friendly and manager was prompt in fixing coupon issue. Will visit again.

  Always a great stop. Good food friendly atmosphere. I've not been to a Chili's I've ever had a problem with.

  Not sure why we came back here multiple times because the service was terrible with each visit. The waiters will stand around on their phones instead of doing their job. Each time we sat for at least 10 minutes before our drink orders were even taken and these were not busy nights by the way. Once you get your food you never see your waiter again until they think you've been there long enough to give you the check. Never going back. Go to Applebees across the street. Much better service and the food is better.
